Specific deliverables, project milestones, and pricing will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Any modifications or additional feature requests outside the agreed scope will require a separate quote.

3. Client Obligations

Content & Assets: You are responsible for providing all necessary text, logos, media, access credentials, and brand assets required to complete the project.

Review & Feedback: You agree to review deliverables and provide consolidated feedback within five (5) business days of delivery. Unreasonable delays in feedback may extend project timelines.

4. Payments, Deposits, & Refunds

Payment Schedule: Projects require a non-refundable upfront deposit (typically 50%) before work begins. The remaining balance is due prior to final file transfer, live launch, or account migration.

Late Payments: Unpaid balances after the due date may incur a late fee or lead to a pause in ongoing work.

Refund Policy: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of digital service work, deposits and progress payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes two (2) standard rounds of revisions per milestone phase, unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional revision cycles or structural changes after final sign-off will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design deliverables created specifically for your project transfer to you.

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed designs, case studies, and screenshots in our portfolio, website (https://www.roifunnels.online), and promotional materials unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to starting work.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Software

Our services may involve third-party website builders, hosting platforms, domain registrars, domain tracking, and marketing tools. You are responsible for maintaining and paying for all third-party software accounts, licenses, and subscriptions necessary for your funnel or website to operate. We are not liable for outages, updates, or technical policy changes imposed by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We do not guarantee specific sales, lead conversion rates, or income performance from funnel setups or website designs.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice to praadeepak9@gmail.com. In the event of client cancellation, all work completed up to the date of notice will be calculated, and any unpaid work beyond the initial deposit will be billed immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
